• The city of Myrtle Beach is doing construction in front of the hotel.  It doesn't impact us, but just don't want you to be alarmed when you see it.
• The hotel offers a full breakfast beginning at 7am, included in the price of the room. It's in the building across the street.
• It is a 15-minute walk to the Convention Center.

About the Conference:

• Wear casual clothes - jeans, capris, t-shirts, whatever is comfortable to you.  It's not a formal event and you aren't expected to dress like you would for church.
• I'll give you a wrist band - it must be worn at all times.  Unfortunately, they can't be taken off. 
• The conference is sold out and seating is general admission.  I don't want to get to the different sessions as soon as the doors open, but I'd like to get there at least 45 mins early to get "good" seats. 
• Merchandise will be available for purchase but can be pre-ordered online.  It tells you the quantity available - so if it's something you really want, you may want to pre-order (see link above).

Free Time (or the little bit that we get):

• We don't have a lot of free time, but please don't feel obligated to do what the group does if you want to do your own thing (with people who are driving).

Transportation:

• We will be taking our new van!  Super, super, excited about that! 
• Jen will be driving it down for us.  She will be leaving the church at 8:30am. Please get to the church early enough to get your stuff loaded before 8:30am. 

I am so excited about this trip!  I've been wanting to attend for a few years but didn't know if anyone would be interested. I'm so glad that the Lord told me not to pass on it this year - and that it wouldn't just be me interested.  I pray this weekend touches us all and draws us closer to God. Love you all!
